Anywhere But Here

Anywhere But Here is a series created as part of my Senior Thesis which investigates notions of art and institutionality. How and why certain artworks are chosen and placed within the institution is the where my interest lies.

After studying these spaces, I have noticed the peculiarity and irrationality that exist when the artwork interacts within its structure. How the artwork functions alone and within the entire space creates some unexpected juxtapositions.
