Teapot Icons

For the Graphic Design III course at UIC, the intention was to choose an object and develop a series of icons to describe the unique object. The first stage of the project was an analytic drawing of the object. The next stage was to develop a universal icon for the object, reducing it down to its simplest form. The last stages of the project were to create an abstracted version of the object and an accompanying letterform that uses both the same langauge as well as constrasts the abstracted version of the object.
